Should I take whey protein or muscle milk? - muscle milk whey protein
I would like to lose a little fat, but add a lot of muscles. I'm 6'2 170 lbs. I lift every other day, and not on cardiac rest days. Then I'll produce more milk or whey protein to make muscle?

Muscle Milk contains whey proteins, theres no difference, but the muscle milk has a lot of calories and can add a little fat. You may want to join the whey protein, although the taste is usually so good
